Meet The Chef

I am a graduate of University of Maryland Eastern Shore. I have a Bachelors degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and a Minor in Culinary Arts. During college I took four years of Culinary classes, which heightened my culinary skills. After college I worked at restaurants and senior living communities , while catering in my spare time. I am a foodie at heart. I enjoy making food from scratch with the freshest ingredients. I love preparing food for other's enjoyment. I like to make comfort food with an elegant twist. I always use fresh herbs and spices to add surprisingly good flavors to classic dishes.

I've been to at least two She Cooks functions and they were both excellent. Ashley's professionalism is only matched by the delicious food she makes. I would highly recommend her service.
